stretching-1 :

  • Sit down on a mat and keep your legs straight.

  • Stay there for 5 to 10 seconds and relax
  • Do this for 3 to 5 times

stretching-2 :

  • This is a downward-facing dog pose, where you need to first lie down on your mat facing the ground.
  • Lift your hip high by placing your palm and feet on the ground.
  • Your body posture will look like an inverted V.
  • Stay there for 10 seconds and relax.
  • Repeat this 2 times.

stretching-3 :

  • In this exercise you need to stand against a wall, with a 2-foot distance.
  • Place your 2 palms on the wall and take it as support.
  • Place your left foot closer to the wall and bend your knee Lil bit.
  • Stretch your right knee from the same place, towards the wall.
  • Here, you need to focus on the stretching of the your calf.
  • Stay there for 5 seconds and relax.
  • Do this 3 to 5 times on both legs.

Stretching exercise for the neck:

  • Sit straight, and move your neck in a way that, your chin is touching your chest. Stay for 10seconds and slowly bring back your neck look at the roof, stay there for another 10 seconds. Repeat this 3 times.
  • Slowly bend your neck to the sidewards, stay there for 30 seconds on each side. Do this 3 times.
  • Slowly rotate your neck 360 degrees, clockwise and anti-clockwise for 20 seconds. And relax.
